Refunds only accepted 14 days from the date of purchase on full rolls of artificial grass and on other products in an unopened as delivered condition, subject to buyer paying return shipping, quality check on return and a 20% re stocking charge deducted from any refundable amount.
Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds on cut rolls of artificial grass.
